I have been trying to get in contact with them to buy a car. I have cash and my own insurance. I haven't been able to get in touch with them. Can anyone help?

I was looking for a car I could afford. I pray I've found it, because I've been walking just about every were I go. But sometimes the Lord would send one of his Angles by to pick me. See I'm 63 years old now and getting very tried. My feet can't hardly take anymore. But the grace of God I'm still here . I pray I can afford this van. I'm waiting on that phone call. In Jesus name I'm waiting. C c

After the inquiry, I got a return call and the Dealer/Vender did not do financing, all CASH transactions only. I understood. Moved on.

My first attempt to contact a dealer was a Manvel Tx dealer
When I had not heard from in over a day, I tried the new yahoo email address I set up.
It failed. I confirmed correct, etc. Couldn't change anything. Still failed.
So I chalk that up to bad yahoo programmers.
I then set up a new email address [which is the one you sent this survey to] and explained to dealer in another attempt to get auto info. No response and has been like two days.

Email vs Phone
You REQUIRE a phone number from the get go. I prefer NOT having dealer calling me initially until I have determined will respect my time. A couple of years ago I had done something similar and gave out my phone number and was hounded by a couple of dealers. Suggest you reprogram to allow me the customer to decide:
Email
Phone
or
Both

Unfortunately, my personal phone number was given to a number of local car dealers that were just trying to sell me anything. Apparently they were given unreliable information by your web site. I am not interested in a Subaru Outback, I am not interested in a new Buick. I felt bad for the car dealer and myself for the wasted time.

I am in market for a 2014 or 2015 Chevrolet Caprice PPV.
Its okay, I am getting good results from other sources

I liked your site and layout very much. I am searching for a 2013 Camaro Convertible and I will travel anywhere in the US to buy it. My two suggestions are used by most other search engines: #1 Expand your search distance options to at least 500 miles or any distance; and #2 have a sub category for convertibles.
In my case it would take a field of 265 Camaros down to about 25 convertibles to look through.

The listings should include a complete description of the vehicle. Year, Make, Model, Body (sedan, wagon, convertible, pickup, van with low or hi roof), and Color. Mileage. Asking price. Warranty information. Standard features on the model and the options on the model listed. Use real pictures of the vehicle listed, not some stock photos from a file on hand. Time is a valuable commodity for the consumer and sales person. Wasting it on phone calls and trips to dealers is not acceptable.
